Refund Policy

All payments made for creating profiles on Wiki Duniya are final and non-refundable. This includes:

Users may choose not to proceed with profile creation before completing payment without any charge.
Once payment is successfully processed, cancellation of the order is not possible.
Profiles created post-payment remain active as per Terms of Use.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where Wiki Duniya is unable to provide the service due to technical failure or platform issues, affected users will be notified and eligible for a refund at the sole discretion of the company.
Such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and require contacting support through the Legal Request Form.
